Handmade jewelry is not machine manufactured. While I have been making jewelry for over 30 years I am still amazed when people notice small things (such as loops slightly different diameter, like a mm). Colored stones has always been a love for me. I realize that often when I buy stones they do have inclusions...they are formed in nature & that's part of the beauty of them. My love of gems has tempted me into buying some super high-end (basically flawless) stones and those pieces tend to be more expensive. 

Many items are made to order and may take 7-10 business days to ship. If you need something on a deadline, please reach out so we can help. As a small business, we generally ship on Tuesdays & Fridays.

Jewelry care: We suggest you refrain from showering, swimming, working out, etc in our jewelry. It does happen, but for a long life of happiness, please treat your jewelry with care. Metals can patina or tarnish with time. Polishing cloths can help but we do not recommend using any commercial "dip" products as some gemstones/pearls may be damaged.

Due to nature of this product, all sales are FINAL (no returns/exchanges). Please feel free to ask any questions prior to purchasing - we want you to be happy!
